An Easy To Follow Home Workout Plan Designed for people that cannot access a gym and would like to try my methods from home.
 

 
 
 
     
 
Two to One training is also available for those who wish to train with a friend, so all you have to do is split the cost. If you both have similar goals and motivation towards exercise, this can be a fun and affordable way of having a Personal Trainer. I will devise a programme that aims to suit you both, incorporating exercises that you can do together. Feel free to contact me for more information about how this works and prices.
 
 
Policies:
Cancellations: I require at least 24 hours advance notification if you wish to cancel an appointment. If you fail to notify me 24 hours in advance you will be charged for that session. A call at 10 PM to cancel a 9 AM session the next day does not constitute 24-hour advance notice. Appointment times are strictly adhered to.
If you have an appointment for a 1-hour session at 10 AM and show up at 10:30 AM, your session will still end at eleven. If I haven't heard from you and you are 30 minutes late for your session,
I will consider you a no show, and will leave. You will be charged for the session.
