Personal Trainer Jason Depaoli has been working in the fitness industry for the past ten years and as a personal trainer for five of them.
With Grand parents that were Swiss Italian, Jason always had a passion for skiing and Snow boarding, So Went to Canada to become A professional Ski Instructor, Even to train (only for 4 days the Canadian Olympic ski squad).

Since coming back to the Uk Jason Has improved and Learned So much more and qualified with other Ski originations.
Jason has extensive knowledge in Core development, Strength and Balance Training
Jason Will pass this on to all clients, So they can benefit.

I start to develop a personal training programme tailored to your needs.
Working with people of all ages, levels of ability and goals - from weight loss, sports specific coaching to mobility and pre and post natal work.

A well designed regular exercise program not only delivers physical benefits, but offers stress release and leaves you feeling energized.
It is important that you are constantly monitored, progressed and workouts are kept fresh and interesting, so by incorporating many different techniques and disciplines into client training programmes - combining everything from abdominal conditioning and flexibility work, through Strength conditioning and Skiing techniques to stretching.

My philosophy is to consistently improve on the last session, always pushing your body to new limits, making you leaner, more toned, faster and increasing your metabolism to the point where you burn off everything you eat, constantly progressing.
I enjoy seeing fast results in my clients and in particular those that exceed their expectations.
I am proud to say that I have seen many clients lose weight, Lose body fat, recover from injury, get fit and participate in sporting events all at levels they had never expected.
I primarily works at in a gym or at your home, but for variety we can use outdoor training spaces and walking, running and cycling in the local area and parks.

I currently hold Advanced Instructor Level 3 accreditation with the Register of Exercise Professionals
(a national body which exists to help safeguard the health and interests of people who are using the services of exercise and fitness instructors, teachers and trainers).
With continuous professional development a priority, I continue to attend advanced training courses, events, seminars and conferences to keep up with the latest developments in the health and fitness industry.
